2012 Policy on Refunds: Given that CQIN must guarantee the cost of meals and refreshments on March 1, 2012, 50% of the initial registration fee will be deducted from all cancellations after that date. Requests for a refund will be reviewed by the Executive Committee and, if approved, will be made within two weeks after the close of the meeting.
