BenchmarkingCQIN is committed to benchmarking and the sharing of best practices among its members. To that end, CQIN has been and is currently engaged in the process in the following ways. Alliance with the American Productivity and Quality CenterIn January of 1999 CQIN entered into an alliance with APQC in Houston Texas. APQC is an internationally renowned organization that specializes in assisting member organization to benchmark processes with best practice organizations. Best Practices in Developmental Education UpdateThis site provides you with information on CQIN's recently-completed benchmarking study in partnership with the American Productivity and Quality Center in Houston, Texas. This study was sponsored by 13 CQIN institutions and identified 18 key findings that denote "best practice" in the planning, deployment, administration and evaluation of developmental education programs within 5 partner colleges and universities. CQIN Internal Best Practice Project - Key Performance Indicator BenchmarkingIn January of 2000, CQIN CEOs began the process of identifies an area of best practice between members that we will be researching that we will be researching over the next few months.
